General description:

The Buffer silo used to middle- and finally storage of pieces- or mass goods, including vegetables.

The machine consist of following main components: Lined steel framework structured as silo, a Zigzag drop damper can be mounted in the middle of the silo, emptying takes place by means of either a lying horizontally conveyor or an increased Elevator, those are operated by a gear motor, which can be continuously variable adjustable. 

The expiration is equipped with a movable flap to regulate the volume.

Functional description

The vegetables added buffer silo from standing in front of machines using, for example, an elevator.

The vegetables fall gently down in the buffer silo through the drop damper.

In order to have a controlled amount out of the buffer silo, must either flip in the end, or the buffer silos conveyor, speed regulated. EKKO buffer silo is not gas-tight and therefore can be used for long-term storage of vegetables.
