General Description:

Shaker belts are used for removing sand, earth, and various loose particles from the product. This is done by conveying the product on an ascending belt chain. Below the belt chain, a shaker wheel is fitted which shakes the chain and the product. Loose particles under ø20 mm can now fall through the belt chain. The shaking strength can be adjusted on hand lever. The machine consists of the following main components: Steel-constructed frame, driving and reversing roller, electric motor, endless belt chain consisting of PVC-coated sticks at intervals of approx. 20 mm.
