Parsnip peeling with the combi-peeler

Parsnips can be successfully peeled in the COMBI-peelers.

It is recommended that the very thin end of the parsnip is cut prior to peeling. The peeler “rounds” the cut end.

The feeding of the peeler is important when peeling parsnips. The quality and yield depends on the flow of the raw material.

The Combi-5 is recommended for use with raw parsnip up to max diameter 12 cm.
